  • Your content is accurate and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful statements about any person, company, or organisation.
  • By posting, you grant ComplaintKart a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of our platform.

ComplaintKart reserves the right — at its sole discretion — to edit, remove, or re-categorise any User Content that violates these Terms, contains offensive language, or is otherwise inappropriate. No compensation will be paid for content you submit.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ComplaintKart and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ComplaintKart disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLAINTKART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF COMPLAINTKART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site or with any of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

This agreement and all related documents shall be written and interpreted in English.

Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and ComplaintKart. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ComplaintKart regarding the use of this Site.
