Item not being delivered as per timeline and being delayed indefinitely

Full Complaint Details
I had purchased the laptop from Flipkart. Paid the full amount through my card. The laptop was to be delivered to me by 09 Aug 26. But every day it is being shown as delayed. Initially it was shown as delivery by 10 Aug then it became 11th , and so on . Today is 14 and again the date is being shown as 15 Aug . Everyday I am calling the customer service number but they are not able to help out nor are they offering any resolution. I am not even able to speak with any executive for raising the issue. I want the laptop to be delivered at earliest as I have a lot of pending work to be done on it . The company has to be brought to task for the mental torture they have subjected me to.
