Sir, I ordered for Dove soap, Cycle Brand Agarbathi and Goldwinner edible oil on 21-07-2026 by on line payment. This was delivered to be in 7 minutes. The oroducts were not supplied even after 30 mts. I called the delivery boy over phone. I twent through flipksrt interacive communication system, The boy said I called you, you didnot turn up therefore I am going to the next delivey poin and while coming back I will hand over. Bit he did not turn up, I gain called him 3-4 times but did not pick up the phone. I thought that there coul be some proble and I waited till next morning. When I called the flipkart co custamercare number they said we canot help as we donot have the details of the delivery goy assigned to you. after several times contacting them they said your issue will be resolved after discussion with the stores. But today also I called them. Each time some other person will receive call and they keep asking the details but with no resolution. Out of frustration I am forced lodge a complaint. The company supply only after payment and not botherd about the delivery. They dont have the OTP system, as a result if the say it is delvered, it delivered but they dont have proof of receiving it.Sir I am a pensioner and soly depend on pension formy day to day lively hood. I request you do the needful.
