Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my Hero Glamour X motorcycle, bearing registration number JK08R5602. I purchased this bike only around 6 months ago, but unfortunately, I have already faced repeated issues with the motorcycle. I have had to get the bike repaired three times at nearby Hero agencies/service centres, but the problem has still not been properly resolved. I purchased the motorcycle from Sukhwinder Sir, R/O Mansar Morh, Village Vijaypur, Jammu & Kashmir. I have been trying to contact him since morning, approximately 5–6 times, regarding the ongoing fault with my bike. However, instead of properly addressing my concern, he behaved rudely with me and subsequently switched off his phone. I would like to understand whether this is the level of customer service expected from a Hero MotoCorp dealership. I am extremely disappointed that, despite purchasing a new motorcycle only six months ago, I am repeatedly facing problems and am not receiving proper support from the person/dealership from whom I purchased the bike. I therefore request Hero MotoCorp to please intervene in this matter urgently. Kindly arrange for my motorcycle to be inspected and ensure that the actual fault is identified and permanently resolved. I also request you to look into the behaviour and customer-service practices of the concerned dealership/person.
