Dear sir, I have purchase this handset S24 on 03.01.26 from katihar which is in bihar. Now I am living at Ahmedabd. I have got the trouble in my handset S24 on 20th July 2026. My handset S24 comes with under warranty and 5 months left for warranty. I have gone to samsung care they keep my handset S24 for 24 hours after that the service centre called me that you please come and take your handset S24. And he said that your handset will not repaired it because of dent. I said there is no any major dent and you providing the service for display which has verified by samsung care that there is some technical error which is by samsung in my hamdset display. They finally reject against this handset S24. My concern is only that my phone got display issue and the company accept this is a technical error which has by samsung own then why they have refused about that and they said your hamdset s24 are damaged. Finally my handset S24 are in good condition. So please look in this matter.
