🏢 Amazon and One Assist both 📁 E-Commerce (Online Shopping) 📦 Extended warranty for Tv

I purchased an extended warranty from Amazon for One Assist, 3 years protection plan for my JVC TV. On the Tv, there showed lines and gone black. No display. So I called One Assist but they say that the extended warranty product which hold from us is not activated. So it's your fault and get back to Amazon. And when called Amazon, they say that the services are provided by the third party(that's One Assist) so contact them as its from One Assist and not from us
