Full Complaint Details
I booked my travel through your agency and paid the required amount in full. However, despite my payment, I did not receive the travel tickets or confirmation of the travel date. As there was no confirmation from your side, I was left with no option but to cancel my booking.
Since the booking was cancelled due to the non-confirmation of the travel arrangements, I have requested a refund several times. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my money, nor have I been provided with a clear timeline for the refund.
