I was overcharges for Icici fastag. The agent asked me for 600 rupees. After I paid I got a message for 400 rupees. When I told the agent that he has charged me ₹200 extra he said this is agency fees. i asked dhim for an invoice, he didn't provide it. I took his supervisors number and contacted him, his supervisor told me that he will look into it and make sure I will get my money back. After this supervisor did not pick up my call for the next few weeks. I then called the customer care, they took down my complaint and told me it will be resolved within 3 working days and I will get a message. For 11 days there was no update, I called them again, and they told me not resolved because details were missing, so I asked to speak to the supervisor, they said supervisor not available, then I told them I'm going tk court, they connected me to the supervisor and supervisor told me all details were present but no resolution, they also don't know when they could give a resolution by. Then I asked him why they lied to me, he just kept saying sorry, no answer. Then I sent an email, no resolution yet on the email as well.
