Respected Sir/Madam, I am filing a formal grievance against Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Private Limited) regarding a pending refund for a cancelled order. Bank Transaction Number: 125683046668 , I placed an order on Meesho and the amount was debited from my bank account. after long waiting product not dispatch. The order status was marked as cancel Initiated, but the refund was not credited to my account. Meesho customer support advised me to place a re-order. I re-ordered the product, which was also cancelled and subsequently refunded, but the refund for the initial order (03 July 2026) is still withheld by Meesho. Kindly intervene and direct Meesho to release my pending refund amount of ₹325/- immediately. The call back facility is available on Meesho but the answer remain same from last 1 month. once the Dealer cancell the order within 20 Min you will received your refund.
