We booked 2 ticket from Pune to Delhi for dated 01/10/2026 at 05:55 am on yartra platform but it get cancelled by airlines one day before. Now we are expecting full refund as it cancelled by airlines but in invoice it shows amount 6072 as a service charges from yatra which was discounted at the time booking but it never show while booking. Now we got only refund of amount 6574 though we paid Rs.12646 for 2 tickets. As per my knowledge services charges deducted only 400 per person unless we didn't take any premium add-ons which we didn't take while booking. Now we are trying to contact yatra customer care support to understand deducted amount reason but they are unresponsive. We tried for 2-3 times since morning.
