Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-receipt of my refund for a returned order placed through Amazon.
I purchased an item from Amazon and, due to [mention the reason, if applicable], I returned the product in accordance with Amazon's return policy. The returned item was successfully picked up and delivered to your fulfillment center. I was informed that my refund would be processed within the specified timeframe.
However, despite the completion of the return process and the passage of the promised refund period, I have not received the refund in my original payment method or Amazon Pay balance. I have also checked with my bank/payment provider, and they have confirmed that no refund has been credited to my account.
