🏢 ACT FIBER NET 📁 Other 📦 WIFI SERVICE

I have been an active user of ACT Fiber net service i have paid 3 month service bail for the wifi services. Since yesterday i.e. 29.07.2026 i am not able to avail wifi services and i filed complaint through their online application of which they did not reply back it was only through bot services and no custmer care service was not enabled. After filing three complaint i had to myself contact the service provider but the no. was not avaliable hence i had to myself contact the service provider at vikasnagar office he after asking gave me customer care no and after that i contacted 2 executive of which i asked them to further provide and connect me to the manager he/she as not available on call. Since yesterday they are saying they will service by 7.30 but the service and not even the technician reached by 7 .30 pm yesterday. This is not the Firt time the incident occured it has occured in the past also. Whc causes immense prob as my fater works from home and i am actively using th eservice to complete my studies for my post graduation.I demand compensation on hourrly basis and them claimimg misrepresentation that the service will be fixed.
