I ordered the product (UGREEN NASync DXP4800 Plus – 4-Bay High-Performance Desktop NAS (Diskless)) from Wintrack website ( https://wintrackinc.com ) on 25th February 2026 and paid ₹ 60,149 for it in full using my credit card. It's been 140 days and I still haven't received the product. I contacted the merchant over whatsapp and I was given "pending clearance at customs" every time. The website mentions delivery in 30 working days on that specific product in the product details section, so I ordered it hoping to get it in 30 days. But till now I haven't received the product. I asked the merchant to cancel my order & refund me on 15th May 2026, 29th June 2026 and 10th July 2026. Even after these many requests for order cancellation, my messages were ignored and I haven't received my refund or the product.
