🏢 Myntra 📁 E-Commerce (Online Shopping) 📦 Saree

I am filing this complaint regarding Order ID : # 1340913 **********3001 for a saree purchased from Myntra. We received the saree and initiated a return request the very next day after delivery. When the pickup agent arrived, he refused to collect the product, stating that the product/brand did not match the brand mentioned in the order. This is extremely concerning because the product being returned is the exact product that was delivered to us by Myntra. We did not replace, exchange, alter or substitute the product. The product was also delivered without proper brand cards/tags or supporting brand identification. After the pickup was refused, we contacted Myntra Customer Care and explained the issue. We were specifically informed that the matter would be taken up and that the saree would be collected within 24 hours. However, the promised pickup did not happen and the issue remains unresolved. The return was initiated promptly from our side, within the applicable return period. If the return deadline has subsequently expired because Myntra did not arrange the promised pickup, we should not be held responsible for that delay. Myntra should review the complete order and return history, including the date and time of the return request, customer-care interactions, pickup attempt and reason for rejection. These records should establish that we raised the return immediately and cooperated with the return process. We request that Myntra reopen the return request, arrange pickup of the product and issue a full refund. We should not be forced to bear the financial loss or retain a product because of an issue with the product verification or fulfilment process. We have supporting screenshots/documents and can provide them for verification.
