I did contact the customer service because I was facing issue with delivery agent multiple times my mother raised complaint twice and today I did check about my above delivery details as 1 was cancelled without even contacting me nor coming to my door step and the other order is being delayed from past 3 days even after me being a prime member which is disgusting and kind of misleading also the order is postponed stating that I denied the order wherein I never received the delivery agent call nor he came to my door step I have today's call recordings as well which I spoke with the amazon customer service
