Dear Zomato Support Team, I am extremely disappointed with the product I received under Order #JVSMJIP41113. I ordered a Ganesh 14-in-1 Multipurpose Chopper, but the product is completely defective and does not cut anything at all. The blades are not functioning properly, making the entire product useless for its intended purpose. I have attached multiple photos clearly showing the condition of the product and the blades. This is not a minor issue or a matter of preference—the product simply does not perform its basic function. It is extremely frustrating to receive a defective product after paying for it, and then have to spend additional time contacting support to get a basic resolution. I do not want a replacement. Please arrange a return pickup for the defective product and issue a full refund to my original payment method. Kindly resolve this promptly without asking me to go through unnecessary troubleshooting, as the attached photos clearly demonstrate the issue. Regards, Suraj
