Dear Swiggy Team, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the paneer sandwich I recently ordered through Swiggy. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was of very poor quality. The bread was not properly baked, and the sandwich contained only a paneer slice between the bread. Moreover, there was a very unpleasant and foul smell coming from the sandwich, making it completely unfit for consumption. This is highly disappointing and not the quality of food I expected. I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange an appropriate refund for the order. Please take necessary action and ensure that such issues do not occur again.
