Dear sir, I have submitted a complaint with ticket number-******5489 towards my IFB WASHING MACHINE issue(Front load model ELENA SX 6510) for several operating and runnability issues on 26th September 2026 but till now nobody has follow up about resolving my issue even after advance payment of 7500 rupees towards spare parts change as demanded by service agency team . I contacted many times the customer care executives of IFB TEAM but my issue not taken care of.I also contacted IFB service regional authority of my region many times but not responded positively. Also want to mention the service agency team of M/S SITAL ENTERPRISES, RAYAGADA,ODISHA that the owner and authorities of the mentioned service agency are totally rude and unprofessional towards handling customer issues. Below are the authorised persons and service agency details ---> 1)Bipin bihari sahoo 2) Dunga binky kumar 3)M/S SITAL ENTERPRISES, RAYAGADA, Odisha I request your good self,having the faith in reliable and customer focused authorities of IFB officials,that kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible as I am facing problems in laundry related work in my home .
