I tried to use the emission test service from this party and they were mentioning they need more than 200 rs for 1 year validity and 150rs for 6 month validity. When I asked for the bill availability they mentioned they can only give for 6 month validity and not for 1 year. And the person in the shop was too rude and mentioned he will not provide the service when I mentioned that i would complain he mentioned server is not working. Just before a person gave did take the emission so its a clear case of service denial and asking for unethical fees for the basic service.
